Here are a couple of cards showing off the wonderful quick and easy card style, this time using the lovely Playful Pets paper and of course cannot make just a dog card needed to create a cat one too. I did use retired black 12 x 12 cardstock for the card base that I still had but you could any colour you choose.

Finished card size is 6 x6 inches

• Coloured cardstock
  • card base – 12 x 12 inches
    • score on each side at 3 inches
    • on two opposite side make a mark at 6 inches
  • piece for sentiment layer
• DSP
  • 4 pieces for sides – 2-3/4 x 5-2/3 inches
  • 2 pieces for triangles – 3-3/4 x 3-3/4 inches, cut diagonally to form 4 pieces
• Whisper White cardstock
  • for inside – 5-3/4 x 5-3/4 inches
  • front sentiment 2 pieces

Once card base was been scored and marked remove the 4 corners, then cut from the mark to the score line to form the top triangles. Adhere the DSP to the card base. Die cut the sentiment layers and stamp the sentiment and message. Adhere the Whisper White to card base, adhere the sentiment layers attach the with liquid glue to the top triangle, add velcro dot to the bottom of the sentiment and bottom triangle. The velcro dot will keep the card closed and when displayed. Add embellishments if required.
