Today I have used the gorgeous Lovely Is The Day stamp set, combining it with the Subtle embossing folder and the new Ornate Border dies.
Finished card size is 5 x 7 inches
- Thick Whisper White card base – 10 x 7 inches, score on long side at 5 inches
- Whisper White cardstock
- 2 layers – 6 x 4 inches
- piece for sentiment and 3 stamped and die cut flowers
- Rich Razzleberry cardstock
- 2 layers – 6-1/4 x 4-1/4 inches
- piece for border – 1 x 6 inches
Stamp 3 flower images onto Whisper White, colour and die cut, stamp another image on the one of the layers for inside the cards and colour, Wink of Stella added to the flower heads. On the other Whisper White layer emboss using the subtle folder. Using the die for the border place edge of die to edge of cardstock, die cut and repeat on the other edge, centre of border Wink of Stella added. Using memento ink stamp the sentiment and fussy cut. Adhere coloured cardstock layers to front and inside of cardbase, adhere Whisper White layers on top. Add diemsionals to the 3 die cut flowers, add to card front, add dimensionals to the border add to card front covering end stems of flowers, adhere sentiment centrally to order. Decorate with rhinestones, card is now complete.
