This months theme is “just because”, so much to choose from ideas spinning around in my head. Picked up a stamp set that I have hardly used, in fact it doesn’t look like it has been used at all, so no better time to play – Lovely Is The Day’.

Finished card size is 5-7/8 x 4-1/8 inches

• Petal Pink cardstock
  • cardbase – 5-7/8 x 8-1/4 inches. score on long side at 4-1/8 inches
  • sentiment layer
• Whisper White cardstock
  • 2 pieces – 5-5/8 x 3-7/8 inches
  • sentiment
  • piece for 5 stamped flowers

Stamp, colour and die cut 5 flowers, stamp and colour partial flower on whisper white for the inside layer adhere this to the inside of the card. Front whisper white layer stamp and colour leaves, once dry emboss layer, add a piece of ribbon  secure on the reverse and adhere to card base. Stamp sentiment on whisper white adhere to coloured cardstock, adhere with dimensionals centrally on top of ribbon. Adhere 3 flowers to the whisper white layer, add dimensionals to the other 2 and add to card front. Add embellishments as required.
