Want something different to gift how about six 4×4 cards with envelopes in white and black presented in a gift box created from Music From the Heart stamp set.
To make one card
- Thick Whisper White cardstock
- card base – 4 x 8 inches, score on long side at 4 inches
- Black Cardstock Layer – 3-3/4 x 3-3/4 inches
- Whisper White layer – 3-1/2 x 3-1/2 inches
With memento ink stamp the required images on White layer, adhere to the black layer, adhere this to the card base. Repeat five more times to have a set of 6 cards.
To make presentation box
- Thick Whisper White cardstock – 11-3/4 x 6-1/2 inches
- score on long side at 4-1/2, 5-1/2, 10, 11 inches
- score on short side at 1, 5-1/2 inches
- Black Cardstock Layer – 4-1/4 x 4-1/4 inches
- Whisper White layer – 4 x 4 inches
Cut and remove sections as shown, dotted line is cut lines
Round the corners of the closure and decide if you want tabs inside the top of the box, if not remove the top tabs completely.The bottom tabs adhere to the outside of the back side pieces (this give a clean box inside), adhere the front sides to the back sides – this will cover the bottom tabs. Stamp image onto Whisper White layer using Memento ink, adhere to black layer. Adhere this to the front of the box BUT leave 3/4 inch at the top free of adhesive, the closure will slot behind the layer to keep the box closed.
