Snowflake – Warm and Toasty Skater

This card is the last in the series but I am sure this cute set will make another appearance. I hope you enjoyed the variation of the cards this week.

For this card a couple of techniques are used – masking, blending, heat emboss.

Finished card size is 5-7/8 x 4-1/8 inches (half sheet of UK A4)

Thick Whisper White card base – 8-1/4 x 5-7/8 inches, score on long side at 4-1/8 inches
DSP – 5-5/8 x 3-7/8 inches
Whisper White cardstock
- layer – 5-3/16 x 3-9/16 inches
- stamped layer – 5-1/4 x 3-1/2 inches

Stamp polar bear onto whisper white (right hand side) and a post it (ensuring sticky piece is included), colour and fussy cut both images. With Pool Party blend lightly edge the bear on whisper white. Add post it image over stamped bear (masking) roughly tear a piece of scrap paper (this will form edge of ice) run grey granite blend along edge of paper lightly, remove m are sure happy with it. Colour lake with balmy blue blend and darken for shadow of bear. Stamp trees if granny apple green (bear mask should still be in place). Sky is blended with ink and blending brush, inks used are Highland Heather and Night of Navy. to get effect required. Heat emboss in white the sentiment and snowflakes.

Adhere DSP to card front, add stamped scene to whisper white layer (there will only in a teeny border), add this centrally to card front. Add Wink of Stella to places where required and decorate with embellishments. Your card is now complete.
