These cards have been created for a colour challenge, projects both used the Hippo Happiness bundle – contains a hippo, unicorn (leave off horn have a horse) and a sheep shapes to build. For these cards used hippo and unicorn.

Finished card size for both – 5-7/8 x 4-1/8 inches

• Magenta Madness cardstock
  • card base – 4-1/8 x 11-3/4 inches
    • score on long side at 2-15/16 and 5-7/8 inches
  • easel piece – 4-1/8 x 5-7/8 inches
  • stopper layer – 4-1/8 x
• Whisper White cardstock
  • front layer – 3-7/8 x 5-5/8 inches
  • inside layer – 3-7/8 x 5-5/8 inches
  • stopper layer – 3-7/8 x
  • pieces for shaped layers and images
• DSP – 3-1/2 x 5-1/4 inches
• Gorgeous Grape cardstock
  • card base – 5-7/8 x 8-1/4 inches
    • score on long side at 2-1/16 and 4-1/8 inches
  • easel piece – 4-1/8 x 5-7/8 inches
  • stopper layer – 5-5/8 x
  • piece for shaped layer
• Whisper White cardstock
  • front layer – 3-7/8 x 5-5/8 inches
  • inside layer – 3-7/8 x 5-5/8 inches
  • stopper layer – 5-5/8 x
  • piece for stamped image and sentiment

Stamp and die cut images as required (see photo for guidance).

Hippo card

• Add DSP to white layer, adhere to easel piece, adhere this to the card base – only half
• adhere shape not card front, add dimensionals to hippo, add glue dots to balloons, adhere to shape and draw black balloon line, add hippo to front
• add dimensionals to sentiment, add to card front
• stamp flying line for butterfly, add glue dot adhere to card front
• Add inside layer
• Add white stopper to coloured stopper, add dimensionals adhere to inside of card, this will help the easel piece to stand up
• Add embellishments to complete

Unicorn card is put together with the same way with the exception of no DSP but decorated white layer.
