The original idea was cased from Pootles, I have added a closure and added a bow. This gift bag is made using Petal Pink Cardstock, ribbon and the Magnolia Lane DSP.

Finished size is 8.5 x 6 x 2 inches
- Coloured cardstock – 2 pieces 8 x 11 inches; on each piece score on long side at 2 and 10.5 inches; on long side part score at 1 inch down to approx 5 inch mark; score on the short side at 2 inches; on just one piece on short side score at 3 inches if you want to be able to hold flat; 2 x 5.25 inches for closure
- DSP – 2 pieces 8.25 x 5.75 inches; 1-7/8 x 5-1/8 inches for closure
Score two diagonal lines from the 1 inch score line to the corners on each piece. Adhere the DSP to the front and back pieces and the closure piece. Ensure you score the fold flat score line on the back of the bag if you have included it. Add tear and tape or liquid glue to the half inch tab on each side piece, line up the top of the bag with the side score line and secure. Fold and adhere the bottom of the bag using liquid glue. Ensuring the closure is in the centre of the top of bag adhere using tear and tape or liquid glue, with approx 2 inches adhered to the back of the bag. Add a velcro dot to close the bag and tie a bow adhere to the front of the closure. The bag is now complete.
Thank you for looking and hope you enjoy making your version perhaps add some handles.
