  • z-fold – 3 x 9 inches, score on long side at 2-1/2 and 5-1/2 inches
  • z-fold layer – 1 piece 2-1/2 x 2-1/2 inches; 1 piece 2-1/2 x 2 inches
  • topper – 1 piece 5 x 5 inches; 1 piece 4-3/4 x 4-3/4 inches
• Contrast card/paper
  • front base layer – 2 pieces 5-3/4 x 2-3/4 inches; 1 piece 5-3/4 x 5-3/4 inches
