Peek-A-Boo Bunny Easter Card

These cards are created using the layering circles and ovals sets to create the peek-a-boo bunny.

Finished card size – 5-3/4 x 5-3/4 inches

Thick White card base – 11-1/2 x 5-3/4 inches, score on long side at 5-3/4 inches
DSP
- 2 pieces – 5-1/2 x 5-1/2 inches
- 2 ovals for ears (smaller than white ovals)
White cardstock
- 2 large circles (body and inside for message)
- 1 small circle (for head)
- 2 – 1/2 inch circles (for face)
- 2 ovals for ears (larges than DSP ovals)
- piece for sentiment
- piece for opening border
Green cardstock for grass
Pink cardstock for tongue
Co-ordinating cardstock for sentiment layer
DSP for flowers

Adhere DSP to outside and inside card, using second largest oval die cut opening in front of card. Use largest and second largest oval to cut opening border and adhere to card front opening. Add bunny head to body, adhere DSP oval to ear oval, slightly curve them and add to head. Green card snip to look like grass, place bunny through oval and line up with grass, adhere grass to bunny and remove any excess from around body. Adhere bottom of bunny/grass to card front. Add dimensionals to 1/2 inch circles and place on head, add black embellishments for eyes, nose colour or use pink embellishment and place above but between 1/2inch circles, shape a small tongue and adhere below and between 1/2inch circles. With black pen make a few spots on each 1/2inch circle, snip some fine whiskers from white card and add to 1/2inch circles. Punch some flowers and add to the card front. Stamp the sentiment in co-ordinating ink on white card, layer onto card and adhere with dimensionals. With the other large circle, add adhesive to one side place behind the body of the bunny and close the card so it adheres to the inside. Bee came from retired stamp set Fable Friends.
