Broadway Birthday

Just love this stamp set – for this card I found some retired DSP in my stash, but you can use any DSP to go with this set. This is a very quick and easy card to put together.

Finished card size is 5 x 7 inches

Thick Whisper White card base – 10 x 7 inches, score on long side at 5 inches
Black cardstock layer – 4-1/2 x 6-1/2 inches; sentiment layer – 4-3/8 x 2-1/8 inches
DSP layer – 4-3/8 x 6-3/8 inches
Whisper White sentiment layer – 4-3/8 x 2 inches
Gold foil for candle flames

Adhere the black layer to the card base centrally, adding the DSP layer on top of this. Using memento ink stamp the sentiment onto the whisper white layer. Wait for the ink to dry, heat emboss the word ‘wish’ with the corresponding dotted word stamp in gold. Add this to the black sentiment layer, adhere on top of the DSP approx 1 inch from the bottom (note this fits the width of the DSP). Stamp the candles, die cut these together with the flames, adhere to the sentiment layer using dimensional. Card is now complete.
