Todays card is a baby card using the Little Elephant bundle and Blushing Bride ink and cardstock for a new baby girl, of course colours can be changed to make the card versatile.
Finished card measure 7 x 5 inches
- Coloured cardstock 10 x 7 inches, score on long side at 5 inches – all corners rounded; small piece for one large elephant, ears and sentiment layer
- Whisper White cardstock 4.75 x 6.75 inches with all corners rounded; 4.5 x 6.5 inches (inside of card for message) all corners rounded; small piece for two elephants, ear and sentiment
Stamp a small and large elephant in bushing bride ink and punch out shapes; also punch large elephant in coloured cardstock. Adhere ears in coloured cardstock to the stamped images and a white ear to the coloured cardstock. When punching out the elephants in Whisper White you can punch put eyes which are small – very, adhere these to each elephant. Front of card is decorated using images in blushing bride ink, adhere this layer to the card base. Adhere the coloured cardstock elephant to the layer and using dimensionals adhere the other two elephants to the layer. Stamp the sentiment and adhere to coloured cardstock layer using liquid glue, then adhere this to the card using dimensionals. Adhere the Whisper White inside layer to the card and decorate as required. Decorate the envelope if this is something you want to do. I used Wink of Stella on the stamped images on the front of the card to add some sparkle.
