I am still on the theme of craft fayre projects using new and retired stock and today I have these four. The snowmen (Santas Workshop DSP) boxes contain a rabbit soap and a bath fizz in the colours of the snowman tag from Body Shop®; the other boxes have used Joyous Noel DSP contain two shower gels from Body Shop®. The original design is cased from Pootles Papercraft, Joyous Noel DSP was made the same way but the Santas Workshop DSP was turned around enabling two different looking boxes.
- DSP of your choice – 6 inches x 12 inche; score on long side at 1.5, 5.25, 6.75, 10.5 inches; score on short side at 1.5 and 4.5 inches
- ribbon of choice (green box was a ribbon in my stash)
- sprig punch
- faceted gems
Putting the box together
- Burnish your score lines and cut and remove pieces as the diagram below
- Using snail adhere the inside of the bottom flaps to the outside of the back side panels (I have done it this way round so the contents do not catch on the flaps if they were inside the box)
- Using snail adhere the inside of the front side panels to the outside back panel
- Using the sprig punch, punch 3 sprigs in the relevant paper, using a dab of liquid glue adhere each sprig to each other placing as you prefer
- Place contents in the box and tie the ribbon around, place the bow where you prefer
- Adhere the sprig bunch to the ribbon using a glue dot, I added faceted gem to the top of the bunch
- If you want to add a label you can do – I used a snowman tag for to match the snowman paper (now retired)
- Your box is now complete
