OnStage swap

As promised I am showing you what I made for a swap at OnStage Telford.

Here is the finished item

Inside held post it strips, with the idea being a new annual catalogue will be released in a couple of months and people could use this to mark pages where they liked items.

Stamp set – A Good Day

Cardstock

  • Berry Burst – 5.3/4 x 2 3/8 inches scored at 1 1/4, 1 3/8, 3 7/8 and 4 inches
  • Powder Pink – for larger scanned circle and leaf
  • Whisper White – for stamped image

DSP – Berry Burst Fresh Florals; 2 x 4 3/4 inches scored at 1 inch

Putting the item together

  • Using Whisper White cardstock stamp the image required using Berry Burst ink
  • Using the smaller scallop punch cut the image out
  • Using the larger scallop punch cut out circle using Powder Pink cardstock
  • Adhere the stamped image circle to the Powder Pink circle using liquid glue
  • Punch out the leaf using Powder Pink cardstock and the leaf punch
  • Adhere the four different coloured post it strips to the inside of the Berry Burst cardstock
  • Adhere two mini dimensionals to the front of the item on the smaller flap; adhere the Powder Pink and stamped image to the dimensionals
  • Slip the upper flap behind the circles
  • Adhere glue dots to each of the three leafs and slip behind the circle and adhere to the front of the item

Finish the item

  • Taking a 6 x 4 inch card bag (non SU) put the sealed end at the 2.5 inch mark on the trimmer and cut
  • On the side just cut take a piece of tear and tape and place inside the bag about an inch down from the cut side
  • Using Snail on the inside at both long side edges of the DSP; place the cut edge against the score line of the DSP and seal
  • Place the finished item inside the bag and seal

Finished item is now complete
